We are developing an all-electric ultrasonic engine that creates thrust without combustion, eliminating fuel dependency and enabling sustainable aviation across a full range of aircraft. Engineering Team
Over the past year, twelve aerospace engineers, mechanical engineers, and independent hi-tech inventors from Kyiv (Ukraine), Esenler (Turkey), and Karlsruhe (Germany) have contributed to advancing the technology. CFD simulations were conducted using Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and Ansys Fluent, supporting ongoing development and optimization.

Investors & Partnership
We are currently open to early-stage strategic investment. Investors may receive a percentage stake, with terms negotiated individually. They will receive a share of revenue from all future SUPONIX licensing deals, along with rights to issued and future patents in proportion to their participation. Only a small stake is being offered at this stage, with unicorn-scale growth expected. Please note, inquiries from private individuals are not being considered at this time.

No. All developments are published upon completion in open-access scientific journals or as public patents. Updates will be posted on our official X channel.
- Are you developing an engine prototype?
No. We don’t plan to manufacture engines. Our focus is on researching, developing, and validating the technology through advanced simulation programs. The business model is based on licensing to aerospace manufacturers, supported by technical documentation.
- Why don’t you engage in defense projects?
We are focused on clean aviation, sustainability, and civilian applications. Defense-related projects do not align with our values or direction. We operate independently and are not financed by government!
- Do you accept private investment?
We are currently focused on working with institutional investors and aerospace-focused funds operating within our domain. Inquiries from private individuals are not being considered at this time.
